This is one of my favorite easy recipes that I include most weeks into my meal prep. You will love it and the kids will too! Makes 4 servings Ingredients: 2 cups filtered water 1/4 cup chia seeds 1/4 cup cashews 4-5 dates or 2-3 tbsp maple 1 tsp vanilla Pinch of sea salt 2 cups berries of choice Directions In a high speed blender add the cashews, water, dates, vanilla, and sea salt. Blend until completely smooth. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and whisk in the chia seeds.
